WELCOME

Welcome to Esther Olatunji Foundation (EOF), a nonprofit organization aimed at equipping teenagers to find and live a purposeful life.

Situated in a community where young adults are easily and negatively influenced, this group of youngsters feels old enough to make decisions for themselves without proper guidance and supervision. Some of them engage in unproductive, unhealthy and self-destructive habits in the community.

EOF provides programs and resources that help young adults between these formative years (13-19 years old) to rise above limitations and excel in their lives pursuits; while also helping them set realistic and attainable goals thereby preventing precarious situations that can jeopardize their health, safety and prospects.

The Foundation is named after my late mother, Evangelist Esther Abike Olatunji, a church pioneer and a lover of education.

Our History

The Origin Story

EOF started as “Teenagers Class” at The Church of the Preserved Ones formerly The Lord’s Favoured Chapel International. Out of concern for the future of the youths within the community, The visioneer, Mrs Tolulope Fisayo Okanlawon developed a two year teaching curriculum to equip and prepare the teenagers for their youthful and adult years.

The curriculum covers moral discovery, sex education, career discovery, talent, education coaching, spiritual growth, and more. It was designed to provide a comprehensive foundation for young people as they navigate the complexities of growing up in a modern world.

Today, Esther Olatunji Foundation thrives on the doctrine of raising teenagers through Biblical and moral teachings, while supporting their educational and vocational goals through financial assistance, and stirring reading culture in them. We are a multidisciplinary team with significant expertise in assisting teens through our various programs.

Scripture

We are guided by

"

Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.

— Proverbs 22:6

"

Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.

— 1 Timothy 4:12

"

Remember now thy Creator in the days of thy youth, while the evil days come not, nor the years draw nigh, when thou shalt say, I have no pleasure in them.

— Ecclesiastes 12:1

"

I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth.

— 3 John 1:4
