Community & Vocational Training
Sharing goodwill across Lagos communities every Christmas, and equipping young adults with practical skills and the confidence to sustain livelihoods.

The EOF Community Project
1. Christmas Free Gifts
Esther Olatunji Foundation engages in community-benefiting programs such as Christmas Free Gifts and vocational training.
Every Christmas Day, the Esther Olatunji Foundation takes the celebration beyond four walls, into the streets and the community at large. This project is an annual community project where volunteers share gifts and goodwill with people on the street or at home who often spend the holiday alone. It's more than gift-giving - it's a reminder that every person is seen, valued, and remembered.
This invariably makes the community feel recognized and valued during a season often marked for giving (Christmas). This outreach (a gathering of all students and executives) mobilizes volunteers and partners, strengthening a culture of service in the community.

Practical Skills for Sustainable Livelihoods
The Vocational Training Program is designed to equip young adults - men and women - with practical skills and confidence to sustain livelihoods.
Hands-on training in high-demand vocations such as catering and pastries, soap making, ICT basics, etc. is taught. This has helped students start small businesses or secure entry-level employment. This program also builds personal confidence, leadership, and problem-solving abilities in teenagers.
